1. Dispute resolution
(i) Litigation : We do advise on all kinds of litigation:
(a) Civil litigation : We advise on and represent clients in a civil litigation in respect of commercial, construction, shareholders dispute, intellectual telecommunication (IT), telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, labour, and intellectual property, etc.
(b) Criminal litigation : We advise on and represent clients in all kinds of criminal litigation including shareholders dispute, etc.
(ii) Arbitration
We advise on and represent clients in arbitration in respect of commercial / business disputes, construction, insurance, telecommunications, etc.
We have a team (consisting of Thai and westerner) who are highly qualified in an international arbitration or local arbitration related to ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) rules, TAI (Thai Arbitration Institute) rules, OIC (Office of Insurance Commission) rules, etc.
2. Bankruptcy and Business rehabilitation
We advise and represent clients (debtors or creditors) to best achieve in the process of bankruptcy or business rehabilitation
3. Corporate
We advise on and represent clients on an establishment of a company or a public company, corporate issues, drafting agreements or any legal documents, investment in Thailand, leasing, banking and finance, etc.
4. Private investigation
We have an efficient team of private investigators to assist the clients in search for information in respect of property, assets, or other required information.
5. Translation
We provide a service of translations between Thai and English languages.
As our clients are both local and international clients, we speak Thai and English.
6. Notary
We have officially been licensed by The Lawyers Council under the Rayal Patronage of Thailand to provide a Notarial service
